B- SUPER CLEANER

Water-based, low-alkaline solvent-enhanced deep cleaner specifically formulated for the rapid and effective deep cleaning of multiple surfaces sensitive to both acidic and highly alkaline products. Ideal for post-installation cleaning and for the removal of surface patinas, installation residues, and marks from porcelain tiles and other delicate surfaces. Product formulation effectively dissolves dirt, oils, greases, grime, and traffic-related contaminants while respecting the original appearance of the material. Thanks to its controlled low-foam formulation, the product is also suitable for use in automatic scrubber-dryers. Recommended for the removal of old wax residues, maintenance films, and surface build-ups from rubber flooring, linoleum, and other resilient floor coverings. Suitable for use on natural stone, polished surfaces, porcelain tiles, ceramics, rubber flooring, linoleum, and other sensitive substrates.

Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following below indications, before proceeding with the complete product application. Cover and protect all surrounding areas before proceeding with application.
General heavy-duty degreasing - Manual: dilute 200 ml of product in 1lt of water (1:5*) and proceed to apply solution directly to area to be cleaned. Allow a dwell time of 5 minutes before scrubbing surface manually using a stiff bristle brush or using a black/- brown nylon pad. Remove product residues using a wet vacuum and rinse thoroughly removing all residues.
General heavy-duty degreasing - Mono brush: dilute 30-50 ml of product in 1lt of water (1:30 – 1:50*) and proceed to apply solution directly to area to be cleaned. Allow a dwell time of 5 minutes before scrubbing surface using a mono brush fitted with a stiff bristle brush or a black/brown nylon pad. Remove product residues using a wet vacuum and rinse thoroughly removing all residues.
Stripping (linoleum / rubber tiles): Standard wax removal; dilute 200ml of product in 1lt of water (1:5). Proceed to apply solution directly to area to be cleaned. Allow a dwell time of 5 minutes before scrubbing surface using a mono brush fitted with a black/- brown nylon pad. Remove product residues using a wet vacuum and rinse thoroughly removing all residues.
(*) The correct dilution ratio depends on the level of contamination, the type of surface, and type of contamination; example grease, oils, wax residues, or general dirt. Based on surface dirt to be removed, increase or decrease dilution rates. Always test first before cleaning polished sensitive marbles or surfaces.
Coverage:
One litre of non-diluted product can be indicated for cleaning up to 300 m² of surface*
(*) indicative coverage depending on the number of coats, texture and porosity of the surface.
