Anti seepage treatment for tiled and natural stone surfaces

Solvent based, nano-tech anti-seepage, penetrating water repellent/consolidant protective treatment. Deep penetrating solution, product protects grout joints while maintaining surface breathability. Dual action solution, protecting and consolidating surfaces. Prevents water seepage from penetrating through micro hairline cracks (from 0.5 μm to 1 mm) into below substrate and consequently avoiding any serious structural issues. Avoids the formation of mould and surface efflorescence. UV resistant and PFAS free - Formulated without added Pfas

Method of use :
Remove all surface debris, dust and previous applied treatments. Surfaces must be dry and clean before application. For preparation of surface after installation: proceed to use B 27 EXXTRA (Cod. P012) as indicated on technical data. For an initial deep clean of surface: proceed to use B-XTREME HD CLEANER (Cod. P061) as indicated on technical data. Product ready for use. Apply a coat of product uniformly using a brush, microfiber cloth, wax applicator or roller to surfaces. Allow product to be completely absorbed for approximately 3-5 minutes before applying a second coat at right angles to the first. Allow product to penetrate into all surface cracks and spaces. Remove eventual excess product or residues before product completely dries using a cotton cloth or with dry wax applicator. On porous surfaces, apply product until complete saturation. Treated surfaces can be used after 12 hours from initial application. Allow 24 hours for full surface protection.
