POLISHING GEL AND GLOSS MAINTAINER FOR CERAMIC AND GRES PORCELAIN.
EUREKA GRES
EUREKA GRES is a water based; polishing gel indicated for polishing and maintenance of all polished Gres porcelain tiles and large format materials, to obtain a fast and high surface gloss. Recommended for restoring surface gloss in high traffic areas where general wear and tear results in a loss of gloss and refection over time, product supplies a deep “glass effect” to surface without leaving surface films or coatings. Product can be used as a periodic maintainer to protect against dirt and grime caused by general foot traffic. Ready-to-use formula. No additional water is required during application.
Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following the below indications, before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Cover and protect all surrounding areas before proceeding with application. Remove any previous surface waxes or coatings (see our ULTRA STRIPPER) before proceeding with application.
Floors: Product is ready for use. Apply a small amount of product (30 gr or 1-2 teaspoons) to the area to be polished. Work in small areas per time (1/2 m²). Buff area using a mono brush machine (min. 2.2 HP – 150 rpm) equipped with a white felt pad with circular movements so to evenly distribute product to area. Continue to buff in wider circular movements overlapping previous sections until product is consumed completely. Reapply product until desired gloss is obtained (recommended 2-3 applications for restoring worn out surfaces; 1-2 for gloss maintenance)After polishing, remove any excess dust and residues from surface using a flat headed mop or dust mop. Rinse area using solution of water and LEM 3.
Tables and countertops: Product is ready for use. Apply a small amount of product (30 gr or 1-2 teaspoons) to the area to be polished. Work in small areas per time (0,5 m²). Buff area using a variable speed rotary polisher (min. 200-400 rpm) equipped with a white felt pad or EUREKA pad with circular movements so to evenly distribute product to area. Continue to buff in wider circular movements overlapping previous sections until product is consumed completely. Reapply product until desired gloss is obtained (recommended 2-3 applications for restoring worn out surfaces; 1-2 for gloss maintenance) After polishing, remove any excess dust and residues from surface using a flat headed mop or dust mop. Rinse area using B REFRESH TOP.
Notes: During application, product should be applied to materials with temperature between 10° and 30°C. Before application to floors with underfloor heating, turn off all heating and allow floor to cool completely before product application. Maintain product in its original container/packaging. Always test product first.
