Versatile, two components, 1:1 epoxy adhesive with high bonding characteristics for marble, stone, granite, quartz and ceramic. Formulated with faster/quicker gel time when used in extreme conditions, speeding up gel times. Highly recommended for gluing mixed materials such as: ceramics-stones, cement-stones and stones-composite panels such as honeycomb. Can be used in external extreme conditions and on wet/damp surfaces.
Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following below indications, before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Sand surfaces, if possible, before use. Remove the required amount of both part A and B by weight or volume from their respective containers, following a 1:1 ratio. Mix until both components are perfectly homogenized, using only clean tools during the process.
Ensure that the substrate on which the adhesive will be applied is completely free from dust, grease, or oily substances. Avoid incorporating air into the mixture. If needed, add any pigment or colorants to part A, before mixing with component B. For use on honeycomb panels, sand surfaces before application, ensuring they are perfectly clean and free from dust and oily substances. During application, distribute the product evenly, ensuring complete coverage of the surface. Spread the mixture using a 2/3mm toothed trowel, taking care to thoroughly cover all parts to be bonded and glued; in the case of light cracks, apply product to fill completely all crevices.
