EPOX PREMIUM

Two components, epoxy based, 2:1 adhesive with very low yellowing properties, specific for the gluing, bonding and filling horizontal and vertical surfaces in granite, marble, agglomerates and other masonry surfaces (terrazzo, concrete). Ideal for the filling of large surface defects on materials. Good elasticity and very low shrinkage. Resistant and inalterable to weather and atmospheric conditions, resistant to solvents, alkaline, acids and to sea water. Liquid version can be applied to reinforce granites and hard floor surfaces (stone) before polishing. Highly recommended for the glue and bonding of stone and different materials such as; glass, plexiglass and stone honeycomb panels

Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following below indications, before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Sand surfaces, if possible, before use.
1. Thoroughly clean and slightly roughen surfaces to be bonded 2. Mix the two parts together following the indicated ratio (2:1 volume or weight). For small jobs mix small amounts
at a time. Mix thoroughly so to obtain a homogeneous mass. 3. Apply to area using a spatula, apply evenly product to the substrate and allow to dry.
For ideal working amounts, 250 /300 grams are sufficient. The mixture remains workable for approx. 20 - 30 minutes (20°C). After approx. 6 - 8 hours (20°C) the bonded parts may be moved, After 14 - 16 hours (20°C) approx. they may be further processed and polished. Maximal stability after 7 days (20°C) Do not apply with temperatures under 10°C.
Notes and advantages: very low yellowing. Colourless transparent product. Reduced shrinkage High resistance to alkaline substances, therefore recommended for concrete. Highly recommend for glueing and bonding materials resistant to gas. Recommended forbonding solvent resistant materials. Low VOC emission. Excellent stratification properties, ideal for sandwich jobs. Maintain product in its original container/packaging. Always test product first.
