VX-SL LIQUID WX

Liquid polishing wax indicated for all materials. Ideal for manual application, but also indicated for automatic inline waxing machines. Due to its specific formulation, product increases surface gloss and shine, while leaving a breathable water repellent protected surface. With fast-drying properties, product allows a quick application and drying process. Highly recommended for automatic polishing machines for slabs and large formats or for polishing manually vertical surfaces and non-flat areas such as statues or vases. Can be used on all surfaces after an 800 grit to enhance colour and gloss.

Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following the below indications, before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Cover and protect all
surrounding areas before proceeding with application.
Manual: Using a clean cloth, spread VX-SL evenly over the surface. Allow product to dry for 5-10 minutes before buffing surface (depending on room temperature). Buff surface using a clean cotton cloth or fine steel wool pad. For quicker procedures, product can be buffed using a hand-held, rotary polisher (variable speed max. 2000 rpm) with a felt pad or cloth headset.
Floors: Using a clean cloth, spread VX-SL evenly over the surface. Allow product to dry for 5-10 minutes (depending on room temperature). Buff surface using a floor polishing machine or mono brush equipped with a white felt pad.
Automatic (inline): For automatic applications, product can be applied in waxing machines equipped with 1 electric fan to dry the material before waxing, 1 automatic timer-dispenser for the regulation of product quantity and timing of application, 1 distribution head for even distribution, 1 electric fan for drying the coated wax, 1 or 2 polishing heads with brushes.
Notes: During application, product should be applied to materials with temperature between 10° and 30°C. Before application to floors with underfloor heating, turn off all heating and allow floor to cool completely before product application. Maintain product in its original container/packaging. Always test product first.
Coverage:
To polish marbles and granites above 800 grit, indicated coverage is : 25/30 m²*
(*) depending on the number of coats, texture and porosity of the surface.
