Self-polishing solvent based, liquid varnish for polishing and for enhancing colours of corners, bullnoses, edges, undersides, raw materials and difficult areas to polish in marbles, granites, and polished stone surfaces. Easy to apply by brush or cloth, it dries rapidly without requiring mechanical buffing, making it ideal for touch-up work and finishing operations in stone fabrication workshops and on-site installations. Product forms a thin durable high gloss transparent layer on surface which does not yellow, peel or crack over time. Product enhances and shines dull surfaces, eliminating the use of tools and abrasives.
Method of use :
Surface must be clean and dry; stains, mildew, crusting must be scraped off otherwise they will be harder to remove. Application can be done by brush, by roller or by spray gun. It is suggested, when possible, to apply the product by cloth directly on the surface to be polished. ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following below indications before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Cover and protect all surrounding areas before proceeding with application. Manual application: 1. Product is ready for use. Apply a few drops of product onto a clean cotton cloth and proceed to apply to the area to be treated. Apply a thin layer until product is uniformly covering the area to be treated. 2. (On absorbent materials, a second coat can be applied after ten minutes from initial application) 3. Allow 20-30 minutes for a complete curing time. Notes: During application, product should be applied to materials with temperature between 10° and 30°C. Coverage:
For the application on marbles, natural stones and granites: (higher than 800 grit), one Liter of product can treat 60/70m²* (*) depending on the number of coats, texture and porosity of the surface.
