ALKALINE-BASED DEGREASER AND STRIPPER FOR MARBLE, GRANITE, NATURAL STONE, PORCELAIN TILES, AND CONCRETE
ULTRA STRIPPER
Deep cleaner with powerful degreasing action for the removal of stubborn dirt, grime, grease, smog, and oil deposits. Highly indicated for stripping and removing all types of floor finishes, including metallic, acrylic, and solvent-based waxes, as well as for deep cleaning natural stone surfaces prior to restoration or protective treatments. ULTRA STRIPPER is specifically formulated for heavy-duty stripping and intensive cleaning of floors, tiles, and grout joints. It effectively removes built-up contaminants and maintenance residues, restoring surfaces to their original condition.
Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following below indications, before proceeding with the complete product application. Cover and protect all surrounding areas before proceeding with application.
General heavy-duty degreasing - Manual: dilute 100 ml of product in 1lt of water (1:10*) and proceed to apply solution directly to area to be cleaned. Allow a dwell time of 5 minutes before scrubbing surface manually using a stiff bristle brush or using a black/brown nylon pad. Remove product residues using a wet vacuum and rinse thoroughly removing all residues.
General heavy-duty degreasing - Mono brush: dilute 100 ml of product in 1lt of water (1:10*) and proceed to apply solution directly to area to be cleaned. Stripping (wax removal) – Mono brush: Standard wax removal; dilute 200ml of product in 1lt of water (1:5). Stubborn old metallic and acrylic waxes; dilute 333 ml of product in 1lt of water (1:3). Proceed to apply solution directly to area to be cleaned. Allow a dwell time of 5 minutes before scrubbing surface using a mono brush fitted with a black/brown nylon pad. Remove product
(*) The correct dilution ratio for a heavy-duty degreaser depends on the level of contamination, the type of surface, and type of contamination; example grease, oils, wax residues, or general dirt. Based on surface dirt to be removed, increase or decrease dilution rates. Maximum dilution rate 2:1 (500ml of product in 1lt of water) Always test first before cleaning polished sensitive marbles or surfaces.
Coverage:
One litre of non-diluted product can be indicated for cleaning up to 200 / 250 m² of surface* (*) indicative coverage depending on the number of coats, texture and porosity of the surface.
