BLITZ EVOLUTION

Two-component hybrid adhesive specifically formulated to provide exceptional adhesion, high mechanical performance, and outstanding durability for bonding, filling, and repairing marble, granite, natural stone, and engineered stone. Its advanced hybrid formulation combines the superior bonding performance, chemical resistance, and low shrinkage of epoxy technology with the fast curing, ease of application, and excellent workability of polyester adhesives. The result is a versatile adhesive that offers the handling characteristics of a polyester mastic while delivering the strength, durability, and long-term performance associated with epoxy systems. Once cured, the adhesive exhibits excellent resistance to water, oils, greases, alkaline solutions, detergents, solvents, and many common chemicals, making it suitable for both interior and exterior applications in demanding environments. The cured product can be easily sanded, machined, and polished to achieve a seamless finish. Available in Solid (knife-grade) formulation.

Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following the below indications, before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely dry and clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations.
Manual application:
1. Add 2% Part B paste hardener (dibenzoyl peroxide) to Part A (mixing ratio 100:2 by weight) and mix thoroughly until a smooth, homogeneous paste is obtained. If colouring the adhesive with POLYBEL polyester colour paste, first add the required amount of colour to Part A and mix thoroughly before adding the hardener.
2. Apply the mixed adhesive using a spatula, ensuring even coverage of the surfaces to be bonded or repaired. Press the parts together firmly or fill the cavities as required. Allow the product to cure completely before sanding, machining, or polishing (approximately after 2-5 hours). At 20 °C, the approximate gel time is 3–15 minutes. Curing time may vary depending on ambient temperature, the amount of hardener used, and the volume of the mixed product.
Notes: During colder periods, it is possible to increase part B up to 3%. Adhesive and surface can be polished after approximately 2 hours. Product can be coloured using our specific pigment POLYBEL. (approx. 1% of colour). Do not exceed 2% pigment by weight. Excessive pigmentation may adversely affect curing, mechanical strength, and adhesive performance. Product workability at 20°C is 3 – 15 minutes. Maintain product in its original container/packaging. Clean tools using Acetone
