Adhesivo epoxi bicomponente (proporción 1:1) desarrollado específicamente para la unión permanente de mármol, granito, piedra natural, piedra artificial, cuarzo y cerámica. Su avanzada formulación epoxi proporciona una adherencia excepcional, gran resistencia mecánica y una durabilidad excelente, incluso en condiciones extremas de obra. Apto para su aplicación sobre soportes húmedos y a temperaturas muy bajas, este adhesivo cura de forma fiable en situaciones donde los adhesivos convencionales de poliéster o los epoxis estándar podrían no ser adecuados. Su formulación de baja contracción y consistencia tixotrópica (que no descuelga) garantiza una excelente estabilidad dimensional y un rendimiento duradero tanto en interiores como en exteriores. Indicado para la unión de materiales mixtos, tales como: cerámica-piedra, cemento-piedra y piedra-paneles compuestos (como los de estructura de panal). Disponible en color base blanco. El producto admite pigmentación.
Method of use :
ALWAYS TEST PRODUCT FIRST following the below indications, before proceeding with complete product application. Ensure that surfaces to be treated are completely clean, free of dirt, dust, grime and surface incrustations. Sand surfaces, if possible, before use. Application: Ensure that the substrate on which the adhesive will be applied is completely free from dust, grease, or oily substances. Avoid incorporating air into the mixture. If needed, add any pigment or colorants to part A, before mixing completely with component B. Remove the required amount of both part A and B by weight or volume from their respective containers, following a 1:1 ratio. Mix until both components are perfectly homogenized, using only clean tools during the process. Apply the mixed adhesive using a spatula, ensuring even coverage of the surfaces to be bonded or repaired. Press the parts together firmly or fill the cavities as required. At 25 °C, the approximate gel time is 2–3 hours. Curing time may vary depending on ambient temperature, the amount of hardener used, and the volume of the mixed product. Honeycomb/panel /netting applications : For use on honeycomb panels, sand surfaces before application, ensuring they are perfectly clean and free from dust and oily substances. During application, distribute the product evenly, ensuring complete coverage of the surface. Spread the mixture using a 2/3mm toothed trowel, taking care to thoroughly cover all parts to be bonded and glued; in the case of light cracks, apply product to fill completely all crevices.
